Simlong Elementary School officially opened its doors for learning recovery and academic enrichment through the implementation of the Department of Education’s ARAL Summer Program 2026. The opening ceremony, held on May 6, 2026, marked the beginning of a meaningful journey for learners who aimed to strengthen their foundational skills and prepare themselves for the challenges of the incoming school year. The program serves as part of the continued implementation of the national ARAL Program of DepEd, which focuses on providing focused learning interventions for learners needing additional academic support in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.
