For Dr. Jose Rizal, it was not wealth, power, or popularity. It was his commitment to learning, his courage to stand by his principles, and his unwavering love for the Filipino people.

In celebration of his 165th Birth Anniversary, our School Head and teachers from Paciano Rizal Elementary School joined the Bay Sub-Office in commemorating this meaningful occasion at Bay Central Elementary School.

As we honor our national hero, may we be reminded that true greatness is found not in being remembered, but in making a difference in the lives of others.

𝑼𝒏𝒂 𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑫𝒆𝑷𝑬𝑫 𝑳𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒏𝒂.

This principle was truly evident at Paciano Rizal Elementary School (Bay Sub-Office) as we welcomed our leaders from the Schools Division Office of Laguna during a series of school visits from June 15–17, 2026.

Their presence, guidance, and unwavering commitment to quality education served as a source of inspiration and motivation for our entire school community. These visits reminded us that we are part of a strong support system dedicated to ensuring that every learner receives the best possible education and care.

We are sincerely grateful to the division leaders who took the time to visit and support our school throughout the week.

On Monday, Dr. Mark Anthony P. Idang, Education Program Supervisor (EPS), started the week by providing valuable technical assistance and meaningful guidance that helped strengthen our school programs and initiatives.

On Tuesday, we were honored by the visit of our District Supervisor, Ma’am Prima Cecilia S. Ilagan, whose insights, encouragement, and support continue to empower our teachers in carrying out their daily responsibilities with excellence and dedication.

On Wednesday, we had the distinct privilege of welcoming our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Editha M. Atendido, CESO V, together with Dr. Roderica “Ruth” R. Camacho, Education Program Supervisor. Their visit reaffirmed the Division’s commitment to educational excellence and inspired us to continuously strive for higher standards in public service.

To our dear leaders, thank you for leading by example and for your steadfast dedication to our learners. Your guidance, support, and encouragement strengthen our resolve to serve with integrity, excellence, and compassion. More importantly, you remind us that in every decision and action we take, the welfare of our learners remains our highest priority.

𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘰 𝘴𝘢 𝘪𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘺 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘨𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢. 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳, 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵—𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵, 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴.

Since no one can ever predict when an earthquake will strike, continuous preparation is vital, especially with the concerning news of recent tremors in other parts of the Philippines. With this in mind, Paciano Rizal Elementary School successfully conducted an Earthquake Drill on June 11, 2026, to ensure that our learners remain resilient, alert, and safe.

As part of the activity, a short orientation was led by our SDRRM Coordinator, who emphasized that aside from properly executing the 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸, 𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 technique, 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 is the ultimate key to avoiding panic during a real emergency. During the exercise, our Barangay Captain also dropped by to show support and shared valuable insights on why these drills are absolutely essential for the safety of the entire community.

Immediately after the simulation, an open sharing session was conducted where learners shared their reflections, while our teachers conducted a thorough 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑾𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑾𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑾𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 assessment to further refine our safety protocols. We all know how challenging an actual disaster can be, which is why regular and practical drills are necessary to build our learners' confidence and preparedness.

At Paciano Rizal Elementary School, education is important, but ensuring the safety, security, and preparedness of our learners in times of emergency will always be our top priority.

On June 11, 2026, Paciano Rizal Elementary School held a general meeting for parents and guardians to walk them through the updates for School Year 2026–2027.

The gathering began at the classroom level with the Homeroom Meetings per section, giving parents and teachers a chance to discuss specific class guidelines, student expectations, and daily reminders. This was followed by the General Assembly, where the school explained the shift to DepEd’s new 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 (𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗘𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟬𝟬𝟵, 𝘀. 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲). The discussion focused on how the three terms are organized and how this setup helps give students more consistent learning days and better pacing for their lessons.

The school administration appreciates the strong attendance in both sessions. While DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026 outlines the formal schedule on paper, putting this into practice is a shared responsibility. The school is ready to deliver quality instruction daily, and having the back-up of parents and guardians ensures that our learners are well-guided throughout the implementation. Ultimately, a smooth and successful school year relies on the steady partnership between the school and the community looking after our students.

Before teachers can effectively teach, they first need to understand what their learners already know and what areas need further support. That's the purpose of a Diagnostic Test—it serves as a starting point in identifying students' strengths and learning needs.

𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭

Paciano Rizal Elementary School conducted a Diagnostic Test for its learners as part of its commitment to providing responsive and learner-centered instruction for School Year 2026–2027.

The results of the assessment will help teachers plan lessons, design appropriate learning activities, and provide necessary interventions to ensure that every learner receives the support they need to succeed.

The activity was also monitored by School Head Brenda Lynn F. Martinez, reaffirming the school's dedication to quality education and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

BAY, LAGUNA— Bakas ang umaapaw na saya sa buong paaralan, lalo na sa mukha ng mga mag-aaral sa Unang Baitang (Grade 1), matapos silang handugan ng mga bagong kagamitang pang-eskwela at masasarap na tinapay ngayong araw, Hunyo 9, 2026.

Nagsimula ang magandang kuwentong ito nang direktang kontakin ng 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗜𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 (𝗡𝗠𝗔𝗕) mula sa 𝗕𝗜𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛-𝗨𝗣𝗟𝗕 ang isa sa mga g**o ng paaralan. Isang masayang balita ang kanilang ibinahagi: Ang Paciano Rizal Elementary School ang mismong napili nilang handugan ng kanilang Back to School Gift Giving Project.

Sa kanilang pagbisita sa campus, hindi lamang mga notebook at lapis ang kanilang bitbit dahil may kasama pa itong masasarap na tinapay mula sa Gardenia! Personal nilang iniabot ang mga handog na ito na talagang nagdala ng dobleng ngiti at excitement sa mga bata para sa kanilang pagpasok sa eskwela. Dahil sa tindi ng paghahanda at bukas-palad na puso ng organisasyon, sumobra pa ang mga dala nilang supplies at tinapay kaya naman matagumpay din itong naibahagi sa mga mag-aaral mula sa ibang baitang (grade levels).

Mula sa puso ng mga g**o, magulang, at higit sa lahat ng mga munting mag-aaral, isang napakalaking pasasalamat sa NMAB-BIOTECH at sa Gardenia sa pagmamahal sa aming paaralan. Ang inyong kabutihan ay isang napakalaking biyaya na hinding-hindi malilimutan ng buong school community. ❤️

Ito ang masayang awit ng ating mga batang Paciano bilang taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga biyayang ipinagkaloob ng ating sponsors, ang PPhA- Laguna Chapter at 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.

Tunay na nakakataba ng puso ang makita ang mga ngiti at kagalakan ng ating mga mag-aaral sa pagtanggap ng inyong mga handog. Higit pa sa mga bagay na kanilang natanggap, ang inyong paglalaan ng oras, suporta, at malasakit ay nag-iwan ng makabuluhang alaala at inspirasyon sa kanilang murang isipan.

Tulad nga po ng inyong sinabi, sana balang araw, paglaki ng mga batang ito, kung hindi man sila maging mga pharmacist na katulad ninyo, ay lumaki silang may pusong handang tumulong at magbahagi sa kapwa. Nawa’y magsilbing gabay sa kanila ang halimbawa ng inyong kabutihan upang maunawaan nila ang halaga ng pagbibigay, pagmamalasakit, at paglilingkod sa iba.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong walang sawang suporta sa ating mga kabataan. Sa simpleng pagkakataong ito, hindi lamang ninyo napasaya ang ating mga mag-aaral—naiparamdam din ninyo sa kanila na may mga taong naniniwala sa kanilang mga pangarap at handang umalalay sa kanilang paglalakbay. Isang aral at inspirasyong tiyak nilang dadalhin habang sila'y lumalaki at humaharap sa kanilang kinabukasan. ❤️
