TREE GROWING ACTIVITY HELD IN BARANGAY BORBON, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

Alpha Phi Omega PC 273 successfully conducted a tree growing activity at Barangay Bagong Borbon, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. The event was held in coordination with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), led by Nasser D. Mabol.

A total of 50 seedlings of Lumbayao (Heritiera javanica) were planted during the activity. These seedlings were generously provided by the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Imelda, under the supervision of CENRO Forester Reynaldo Cuaresma and Forester III Joel L. Realiza.

This initiative aims to promote environmental conservation and sustainability in the community. Alpha Phi Omega PC 273 would like to express its gratitude to CENRO Imelda and MENRO for their support and partnership in making this event a success.

The organization believes that planting trees is a crucial step towards a greener and more sustainable future. Through this activity, Alpha Phi Omega PC 273 continues to contribute to the preservation of the environment and promote community development. ⚜️⚜️⚜️
