Memorandum to All Constituents of MSU System Campuses

Subject: Declaration of Thursday (July 30, 2020) and Friday (July 31, 2020) as Non-Working Holiday

In commemoration and observance of Eidl Adha and in solidarity with the rest of Dar-ul-Islam, the University is hereby declaring Thursday (July 30, 2020) as Non-Working Holiday. Be informed that the following day Friday (July 31, 2020) has been proclaimed by the National Government as Non-Working Holiday.

Due, however, to the imperative need to observe utmost care and precaution to stave off much-feared contagion, and keep the University and each surrounding community COVID-19 free, the ban on mass gatherings for the Eid is sternly enforced. Piety or religious devotion is not compromised when performed in a manner scaled to what the time demands. In Allah (SWT) whose understanding and mercy are immeasurable and incommensurable, we trust.

1. Certification from the Principal that he/she is a graduating Senior High school student.

3. SHS School ID.
