A successful school year begins with understanding our responsibilities as learners.

Today, the students of San Jose National High School participated in the Learnersโ€™ Orientation on School Guidelines, a program designed to help everyone become familiar with the policies and expectations of the school for School Year 2026โ€“2027.

Facilitated by our dedicated SSLG and BKD Adviser, Mr. Jonas Vergara, the orientation emphasized the importance of discipline, respect, responsibility, and safety. More than simply presenting rules and regulations, the session helped students understand the purpose behind each policy and how these contribute to a positive and productive learning environment.

Key topics discussed during the orientation included:

๐Ÿ“Œ Proper Uniform and ID โ€“ Wearing the prescribed uniform and school ID reflects discipline, identity, and pride as a San Josean.

๐Ÿ“Œ Zero Tolerance Against Va**ng โ€“ SJNHS remains committed to maintaining a vape-free campus to protect the health and well-being of all learners.

๐Ÿ“Œ Anti-Bullying Policy โ€“ Respect and kindness are essential in our school community. Bullying in any form has no place in SJNHS.

๐Ÿ“Œ Canteen and Cleanliness Guidelines โ€“ Simple practices such as lining up properly, disposing of waste correctly, and maintaining cleanliness help create a better environment for everyone.

๐Ÿ“Œ Safety Reminders โ€“ Students were reminded to prioritize their safety at all times and to follow school policies regarding transportation and responsible conduct.

Each guideline serves a purposeโ€”to develop responsible, respectful, and disciplined learners. By following these policies, we help build a school culture that promotes learning, safety, and mutual respect.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Jonas Vergara for sharing his time and guidance, and to all students who actively listened and participated throughout the orientation.

As we begin this new academic year, may we carry with us the values of discipline, respect, and responsibility in every classroom, hallway, and school activity.

Together, let us make School Year 2026โ€“2027 productive, meaningful, and successful.

๐Ÿ“… ๐™…๐™๐™‰๐™€ 9, 2026 | A significant milestone unfolded as the Grade 7 learners of San Jose National High School cast their votes to elect their SSLG and BKD Grade 7 Representative for the School Year 2026โ€“2027.

The election served as an avenue for young learners to experience the true essence of student democracy. Through this activity, students were given the opportunity to participate in a meaningful decision-making process and choose the individual they believe can best represent their concerns, ideas, and aspirations.

Conducted within the Grade 7 classrooms, the election featured six aspiring candidates who willingly stepped forward to serve and lead. Their dedication and courage reflected the growing spirit of leadership among the student body.

The electoral process was facilitated under the supervision of SSLG and BKD Adviser Sir Jonas Vergara , together with the SSLG Officers and Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) Officers, ensuring that the voting was organized, fair, and transparent.

Beyond selecting a representative, the activity emphasized the importance of active participation, responsibility, and accountability. It reminded every learner that leadership begins with informed choices and that each vote contributes to building a stronger and more inclusive school community.

As the newly elected Grade 7 Representative begins their journey of service, may they lead with dedication, integrity, and a sincere desire to make a positive impact on their fellow learners.

Together, let us continue to cultivate a culture of leadership, cooperation, and student empowerment at San Jose National High School.

๐ŸŒฑโœจ BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026: Building Foundations, Planting Futures โœจ๐ŸŒฑ
| June 1-5 2026

The spirit of Bayanihan continues to shine as our school community comes together in preparation for another meaningful school year. Through the collective efforts of our parents, teachers, students, SSLG and BKD officers, and stakeholders, Brigada Eskwela 2026 became a celebration of unity, service, and shared responsibility.

From student registration and reading activities for incoming learners to the recognition of our Summer Class Achievers, every activity reflected our commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive learning environment. The dedication of our volunteers in cleaning classrooms, improving school facilities, and maintaining our campus has helped prepare a safer and more organized space where every learner can thrive.

Beyond improving our school grounds, we also strengthened our commitment to environmental awareness and healthy living through our Tree Planting and Handwashing Activities. The planting of malunggay trees symbolizes our hope for growth, sustainability, and a greener future, while promoting proper hygiene reminds us that caring for ourselves is just as important as caring for our environment.

To everyone who shared their time, effort, and support, thank you for making this year's Brigada Eskwela a success. Your kindness and dedication prove that when a community works hand in hand, great things can be achieved.

Together, we are not only preparing classroomsโ€”we are nurturing dreams, building brighter futures, and planting seeds of hope for the generations to come. ๐Ÿ’š
