🔴 A Safer Environment with CEPALCO:
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to CEPALCO for their proactive initiative in trimming overgrown tree branches around the school premises. By clearing these potential hazards, our MNHS learners can now move around safely, enjoy brighter and more secure pathways, and focus on their studies with zero worries about falling branches or power interruptions. Thank you for putting the safety of our youth first! 🌳⚡

🔵 A Cleaner Campus with Brgy. Macabalan Council:
A massive appreciation to our ever active Barangay Macabalan Council, headed of course by Hon. Engr. Saniel L. Raypon, for their prompt action in collecting garbage and clearing out debris inside the school. Your consistent support ensures that our campus remains a healthy, clean, and conducive space for learning. Clean schools breed bright minds! 🧹🚮

THANK YOU, Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) ✨💚

Today, June 11, 2025, Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC), came for a courtesy call to our new Principal- Sir Manuel L. Lincato, Jr., and consultative meeting with OIC Officials headed by Mr. Joie C. Saquilayan - OUC Community and Social Relation Officer, at the same time for the formal turn over ceremony.

The turnover was graced by DepEd Division ARH Focal - Nurse Marie Nikki Jo Valmoria; the Cagayan de Oro CID Team; and Oro Integrated Cooperative (OIC) for the turn over of the Teen Center centralboard signage and trash bins.

June 8, 2026, Monday, following the earthquake that happened around 7:30 in the morning, during the first flag raising of Macabalan National High School as it marks the start of classes, Macabalan Barangay Council headed by Hon. Engr. Saniel L. Raypon with his working force visited the schools within the barangay. The goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of our learners, teachers, and everyone in the school premises. The inspection was assisted by MNHS School Principal - Sir Manuel L. Lincaro, Jr.; Assistant School Head - Ma’am Darlene D. Daliva; and DRRRM designate.

Macabalan National High School, headed by our School Principal Sir Manuel L. Lincaro, Jr., wish to extend our appreciation on your commitment to prioritizing the structural integrity of our educational facilities where quality learning happens.

On the next day, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) also came for an ocular inspection together with the school’s designated DRRRM, Sir Reynold L. Distar.
