𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈) 2026 of Liceo de Cagayan University stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of every ROTC unit toward operational readiness and leadership excellence.

The 𝙇𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙤 𝙙𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙍𝙊𝙏𝘾 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 proudly participated in 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐑𝐀𝐀𝐓𝐈) on April 18, 2026, together with the affiliated units — 𝙊𝙥𝙤𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚, 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚, 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙀𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙫𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙀𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙫𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙤 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 demonstrating unity, discipline, and a shared dedication to service.

The RAATI 2026 was led by 𝑪𝑶𝑳 𝑹𝑬𝒀 𝑷 𝑷𝑨𝑺𝑪𝑶 𝑮𝑺𝑪 (𝑰𝑵𝑭) 𝑷𝑨, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 4𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 (𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗱) 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆, who served as the RAATI Chairman. He was joined by inspectors and evaluators, along with the presence of the Group Commander, CDC Director, and Officers of 10RCDG, RESCOM, PA.

From administrative precision to tactical proficiency, the inspection highlighted the hard work, teamwork, and professionalism of cadets and officers. More than just an evaluation, it strengthened accountability, identified areas for growth, and reinforced a culture of excellence.
