Hawak Kamay Scholarship Renewal Application for School Year 2026-2027 1st Semester is now 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡. Please fill out the link below using your PHINMAEd Account and submit your requirements.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: If you are assigned to as Student Facilitator or Office Assistant. You are not allowed to submit CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT, instead submit DAILY TIME RECORD (DTR) and EVALUATION FORM.

ALL will be officially tagged for enrollment purposes. However, the CSDL Office will 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲/𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴 your scholarship if you:

-Do not renew using the link above.
-Failed to complete your required Service Duty or duty hours.
-Submitted wrong requirements

If you have any questions or need help with your service hours, please visit the Scholarship Unit at the CSDL Office immediately.

Please be informed that the Main Clinic has been relocated to a new location to better serve the school community.

📍 New Location: Main South Building - Ground Floor
Effective immediately, all clinic consultations, first aid services, health assessments, and other medical concerns will be accommodated at the new clinic office.

We encourage everyone to take note of the new location for any health-related needs and emergencies.
