128 years since the declaration of Philippine independence, our nation continues to stand as a testament to the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for our freedom.

Today, we honor the heroes who dared to dream of an independent nation and the generations who continue to uphold the values of patriotism, unity, and service. As we celebrate Philippine Independence Day, may we be reminded that freedom is not only a gift from the past but also a responsibility we carry into the future.

May we carry the freedom they fought for with pride and gratitude, remembering that the opportunities, rights, and future we enjoy today were made possible by those who courageously secured our nation's independence.
