This is to inform all concerned beneficiaries under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program with unclaimed allowances for:

• TES Batch 13 and Batch 13.1 (S.Y. 2024–2025)
• TES Batch 15 – 1st Semester (S.Y. 2024–2025)

that they are requested to personally claim their scholarship grant at the Cashier’s Office (Window 3) from June 25–30, 2026.

Beneficiaries whose names appear on the attached list are required to submit three (3) photocopies of their School ID, each bearing their wet signature.

Important Notice:
Failure to claim the allowance within the prescribed period may result in the return of the funds to the concerned agency, and the beneficiary may no longer be able to receive the allowance. Please be advised that this is the final claiming period.

For beneficiaries who are unable to personally claim their grant, the authorized representative must present the following:

• Special Power of Attorney (SPA) duly notarized;
• Valid IDs of both the beneficiary and the authorized representative; and
• Three (3) photocopies of the beneficiary's ID with wet signatures.

Please note that an Authorization Letter, whether notarized or not, will NOT be accepted. Only a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) shall be honored for claims made through an authorized representative.

All concerned beneficiaries are strongly encouraged to comply within the specified schedule to avoid forfeiture of the unclaimed grant.

Building Ventures, Shaping Futures: USTP-PhilDev Scholars Successfully Complete the YBLL powered by FactSet 3.0 Venture Building.

From June 8–12, 2026, ten (10) USTP-PhilDev scholars successfully completed the YBLL powered by FactSet 3.0 Venture Building Camp held at the FactSet Office and McKinley West, Taguig City, Metro Manila. The five-day immersion program brought together PhilDev scholars from partner universities nationwide to develop their skills in innovation, venture building, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership.

To all TDP One-Time Grant beneficiaries whose names appear in the attached list and who have not yet submitted their requirements, please submit your authenticated Certificate of Registration (COR) with wet signature to the Admission and Scholarship Office on Monday.

You may proceed to the Registrar's Office for authentication before submission.

📌 Requirement:
• Certified True Copies of Certificate of Registration/Enrollment (COR/COE)
• Two (2) sets of hard copies
• For First Semester AY 2024–2025

📝 Steps to Follow:
1️⃣ Download your COR from your PRISM account.
2️⃣ Proceed to the Registrar’s Office for authentication (Certified True Copy).

Good news to all Kagay-anon Students out there! CHED-UniFAST Tulong Dunong Program is now accepting applications for cash assistance from school year 2025-2026 (1st Semester) enrollees. This program is under the facilitation of the office of Cong. Rufus Rodriguez.
Students who are enrolled in the 1st semester of school year 2025-2026 are qualified to apply for the program and shall receive a financial support of P7 500. The deadline of applications is on June 10, 2026.
