Sweat, grit, and absolute grace. This weekend was not just about martial arts at the "Onna Bushi" (all-women karate tournament); it was about strength in a newfound power.

The energy of the dojo was electric from the first bow until the last, which was followed by the echoing kiai. These fierce competitors stepped onto the mat not just to fight for medals, but to claim their space, shattering stereotypes with every strike and block. It was a course in raw power, control, and sisterhood.

To all the women who fought, cheered, and broke barriers today: YOU are our Warriors! Karate is now officially female! 🥋🔥
