Hard work and creativity truly paid off during the 2026 Regional Schools Press Conference as The Titans' School Paper Adviser was hailed as a Regional Finalist for the Most Outstanding School Paper Adviser (MOSPA) representing the Schools Division of Cagayan de Oro.

Caruz, who has been an SPA for years, steered the wheel of the publication to greater heights. He didn't only bring the publication to numerous victories but also taught them of what campus journalism truly stand for: Safeguarding the truth, for God, country, and humanity.

In celebration of International Women's Month, the Senior High School Department proudly honors the women leaders who guide, inspire, and empower the Licean community every day.

Through their dedication, strength, and compassion, they help shape a learning environment where students are encouraged to lead, dream, and achieve.

This celebration also recognizes all women—students, educators, staff, and members of the community—whose contributions continue to uplift and transform society. Alongside them are the men who stand with women, supporting equality, respect, and shared leadership in building stronger and more inclusive spaces.

Together, their collective efforts reflect the true spirit of this month’s celebration: a community where leadership, opportunity, and progress are strengthened when people stand side by side in support of one another.

𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐎 𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 | Culminating two days of innovation and collaboration, the Senior High School Expo 2026 officially concluded with its Closing and Awarding Program at the Liceo Civic Center on February 18.

The program also highlighted the recognition of outstanding performances from the various events, namely the Research Colloquium, Mini Kumbira, ABM Bazaar, and the Robotech Expo.
