The ICCT Colleges Graduation Application for the December 2026 Commencement Exercises is now officially OPEN through the designated Google Form per College/Department.

(ICCT Colleges – Graduation Application for December 2026)

📍 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

The Graduation Application Google Form shall be open from May 17, 2026 to July 17, 2026 only. Students are strongly advised to submit the form within the prescribed period, as late submissions shall no longer be accepted.

📍 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠

This Graduation Application is intended for qualified graduating students of ICCT Colleges who are eligible to apply for graduation for Academic Year 2025–2026 under the following academic terms:

📌 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

• First Trimester / First Semester
• Second Trimester / Semester
• Third Trimester (currently enrolled in their final terminal term)

⚠️ 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:

✔ Submission of the Google Form does NOT automatically guarantee graduation.

✔ Applications are subject to verification, validation, evaluation, and approval by the Office of the Registrar and concerned offices.

✔ Always monitor your official email account for schedules, instructions, deficiencies, and other graduation-related announcements.

✔ Late applications will NO longer be accepted.

SIP/OJT ADVISORY: All students intending to enroll in OJT, Intership or Practicum courses for the 1st Trimester of AY2026-2027 are required to attend the SIP Orientation scheduled on May 29 to June 5, 2026, at the ICCT Theatre, Cainta Main Campus.

Important Reminders: Each session is limited to 700 participants, and the registration deadline is on May 22, 2026

Attendance is mandatory. Students who fail to attend the orientation will NOT be eligible to enroll in any OJT/SIP courses for the 1st Trimester of AY2026-2027.

SIP Evaluation Period: May 29 to June 25, 2026
SIP Fee Payment Deadline: July 10, 2026

The College of Computer Studies announces the official enrollment schedule for all year levels. Please take note of the assigned dates and available enrollment methods:

🗓 March 22, 2026
• 3rd and 4th Year Levels
• Enrollment Method: Online enrollment through the AIMS Portal

🗓 March 23, 2026
• 1st and 2nd Year Levels
• Enrollment Methods:

— Walk‑in enrollment at ICCT Colleges

ATTENTION TO ALL CONCERNED COLLEGE STUDENTS!

COURSE SHIFTING APPLICATION for the upcoming 3rd Trimester AY2025-2026 thru Google Form is open from February 20 to March 8, 2026.

Procedure for Higher Education / College COURSE SHIFTING:

STEP 1: Prepare a FORMAL LETTER stating the reason(s) for shifting course and must be duly signed by Parent or Guardian; take a photo file or scan copy of your letter and valid ID of your parent/guardian BEFORE PROCEEDING TO STEP 2 (Scan or photo file of your letter and parent/guardian valid ID will BE REQUIRED TO ATTACHED from the Course Shifting Application Google Form);

STEP 2: Fill-out completely the Google Form thru this link https://bit.ly/3NYjS8B ; make sure to attach the letter and any valid ID of parent or guardian otherwise, application will not be processed;

STEP 3: Pay the COURSE SHIFTING FEE (P50.00) on or before March 15, 2026, to any accredited payment centers.

If paying thru GCash, ECPay, PalawanPay or 7Eleven; you must generate REFERENCE NUMBER from your Student Portal;

If paying thru Mlhuillier or Cebuana Lhuillier, add “CS” Payment Code to your student ID number (Ex. CA202400123CS) as account number;

STEP 4: Once application is approved, please LOGIN to your Online Student Portal and check if your College Course has been changed; Approval period is from March 8 to 15, 2026; then you may request for the replacement of your school ID by sending e-mail to [email protected].

 Deadline to file for COURSE SHIFTING will be on March 15, 2026, and will take effect for the upcoming 3rd Trimester AY2025-2026.

 DO NOT ENROLL or ENLIST SUBJECTS to the Student Portal until your Course Shifting request has been approved or reflected from your portal account.

 If the student is officially enrolled, shifting will NO LONGER BE ALLOWED.

Reminders:
1. Unauthorized changes or shifting of courses are not honored.
2. All applications are subject for evaluation and approval.
3. Only changes with the approval from the Registrar are honored and given credit.
4. Subjects taken in your current course will be credited based on the subject description and number of units.
5. Second, third and fourth year level students who apply to shift a course with PRC Licensure Examination must pass the qualifying examination to be conducted by the Academic Affairs Office.
