If you’ve walked past our Kids Church room lately, you’ve probably heard a lot of cheering, laughing, and maybe a little bit of running around. We don't just include games to fill the time, we do it because fun is one of the best tools for faith!

Integrating structured play into our Sunday mornings does more than keep the kiddos smiling. Here is why games are a vital part of how we learn about God:

Games break down walls. Shy kids open up, new friends are made instantly, and a strong sense of community is built before the lesson even begins.

Kids learn best by doing! Whether it’s a teamwork challenge that teaches unity or a memory-verse relay race, active games turn abstract concepts into tangible truth.

⚡ It Resets Their Focus:

Let's face it, sitting still is hard work! A high-energy game lets our little ones burn off their extra giggles so their hearts and minds are calm, focused, and ready when it’s time for the Bible story.

⛪ It Creates Positive Church Memories: We want children to associate God’s house with absolute joy. When they grow up remembering that church was a place of laughter and love, it builds a lifelong foundation for their faith journey.

👑 What an incredible time we had at Kids Church last Sunday!

Our classroom was filled with so much energy, bright smiles, and hungry hearts as our amazing kiddos discovered a powerful truth: Jesus is our King! We learned that He isn't just any king, He is a King who rules with infinite love, kindness, and grace, and He cares deeply for each and every one of them.

Here’s a glimpse of what our little believers up to:

📖 Heart-to-Heart Lessons: Discovering what it means to live under His good and loving protection.

This past Sunday, our kids took a trip back in time to look at how Jesus spent His days. Our lesson was all about “Jesus Reads and Teaches God’s Word.”
Even as a young man, Jesus loved the Scriptures, and He showed us how important it is to read and know God’s truth!

Our Memory Verse of the Week:
“Jesus read the Scriptures.” — Luke 4:16

Here is what we learned at Kids Church last Sunday! 📣👇

We dove into the story of young Jesus visiting the temple in Jerusalem. Our big takeaway? Jesus loves to be in His Father’s house!
He loved learning about God and being surrounded by scripture and we want our kids to feel that exact same excitement when they walk through our doors!

Every Sunday, Kids are excited in craft time! Making crafts is easily one of the most awaited moments for the kids where their creativity meets the Bible lesson in the most fun way possible.

Yesterday at Kids Church, our little ones learned all about what it means to truly trust the Lord! It’s not always easy to trust when we can’t see the big picture, but through worship, and Bible stories, our kiddos discovered that God always has the best plan for us.
