Many people don't quit smoking because they think it's too hard. And it's true that for most people it's not easy. After all, the ni****ne in ci******es is a powerfully addictive drug. But with the right approach, you can overcome the cravings.

Why Is it So Hard to Quit Smoking?

Smokers often start smoking because friends or family do. But they keep smoking because they get addicted to ni****ne, one of the chemicals in ci******es and other to***co products.

Ni****ne has many effects on the body. It increases a person's heart rate, breathing rate, and blood pressure, and makes them feel more alert and in a good mood. But after smoking for a while, people start to depend on ni****ne to feel good. If they donโ€™t smoke, they become irritable or anxious or just donโ€™t feel good. This is called ni****ne withdrawal. They crave more ci******es to perk up again. Some experts think the ni****ne in to***co is as addictive as co***ne or he**in.

Outside, children and grownups can be found smoking a cigarette and the most popular one is v**e.
Some are aware it's harmful, some are not and some are just ignoring it.

Smoking does not only harm your body, but also the people around you.
According to DOH, 87,600 Filipinos died from smoking related diseases such as lung cancer, heart disease and stroke.

You can overcome ni****ne addiction and live a healthier life.
Remember, quitting smoking is a journey and it can make you feel better.

This post is awareness for those people who used ci******es on their daily life habits. If you keep on using ci******es you might lead into having a lung cancer, heart disease, and it will cause into death.
