🇵🇭✨ 165ᵗʰ Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal ✨🇵🇭

DepEd Barandal Elementary School proudly commemorated the 165ᵗʰ Birth Anniversary of our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal, through a meaningful program and a solemn flower offering ceremony.

Together with the SELG Officers, PTCA Officers, Sangguniang Barangay, Teaching and Non‑Teaching Personnel, we paid tribute to the life, works, and enduring legacy of Rizal — a beacon of patriotism, service, and love for country.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined and made this observance truly significant. Your presence strengthens our collective commitment to uphold the values Rizal stood for.

Please be advised that there will be NO CLASSES on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of the 165th Birth Anniversary of our National Hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.

This day is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday throughout the Province of Laguna, pursuant to Republic Act No. 11144.

Classes & Office Transactions will resume on
Monday - June 22, 2026.

Alam mo ba na sa Revised Anti-Bullying IRR (DepEd Memorandum No. 90, s. 2025), may bagong definitions ng bullying! 🤕 Hindi na lang ito physical: may cyberbullying, social bullying, at iba pang uri ng bullying na covered ng bagong policy.

This morning, Barandal Elementary School learners, teachers, staff and with the support of the Barangay Barandal Quick Response Team (BQRT) led by Sir Jeff Arojado and members, together with Brgy. Councilor Mak Quirante actively took part in the NSED — a vital exercise to strengthen our disaster preparedness and emergency response.

✅ Practicing the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” technique
✅ Executing a safe and orderly evacuation plan

Through these drills, our school community reaffirms its commitment to safety, resilience, and readiness in times of emergency.

Preparedness saves lives — and together, we build a culture of safety!
