𝐈𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄:Our BSITM–AVSE 2-2 students showcased their culinary skills in their Kitchen Essentials and Basic Food Preparation in Aviation class by preparing Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meals (VLML) and Vegan Meals (VGML).

Through this hands-on activity, they learned the importance of creating well-balanced, nutritious, and passenger-friendly meals that cater to diverse dietary preferences while meeting airline catering standards under the guidance of Instructor Chef Bea Canta-Castro, with Culinary Assistant Chef JP de Asis.

The entire LPU Laguna Culinary Institute joins the commemoration of June 19, 2026 (Friday) as a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Laguna in celebration of the 165th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
