๐๐๐๐:Our BSITMโAVSE 2-2 students showcased their culinary skills in their Kitchen Essentials and Basic Food Preparation in Aviation class by preparing Vegetarian Lacto-Ovo Meals (VLML) and Vegan Meals (VGML).
Through this hands-on activity, they learned the importance of creating well-balanced, nutritious, and passenger-friendly meals that cater to diverse dietary preferences while meeting airline catering standards under the guidance of Instructor Chef Bea Canta-Castro, with Culinary Assistant Chef JP de Asis.

The entire LPU Laguna Culinary Institute joins the commemoration of June 19, 2026 (Friday) as a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Province of Laguna in celebration of the 165th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
Classes will resume on Saturday, June 20, 2026, while regular office operations will resume on Monday, June 22, 2026.
