With gratitude and pride, the Holy Rosary College Foundation, Inc. celebrates another milestone in academic excellence as the Commission on Higher Education – National Capital Region (CHED-NCR) grants Government Recognition No. 005, Series of 1968 for the operation of the 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙈𝙖𝙟𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 program starting the Academic Year 2026–2027.

This recognition fortifies our resolve towards the development of competent, value-oriented, and globally competitive educators who will champion the Filipino language, culture, and identity.
