The recognition was proudly received by WCC ATC President, Dr. Raymond Patrick V. Guico, during the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2026 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Reflecting its aggressive push toward global standards, WCC ATC climbed to an overall world ranking of 1001+, a massive leap from its 1501+ position in 2025. Proving its exceptional growth on the national stage, WCC ATC was uniquely distinguished as the Most Improved University in the Philippines for both SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) North Manila continued to expand its international academic engagement as Dr. Oral Robert Roxas, Program Head of BS Tourism Management, served as a resource speaker in an international webinar organized by Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Kampus Sumedang on May 6, 2026.

The webinar, titled “Community Tourism Development and Characteristics Branding and Sustainable Promotion,” brought together academic speakers and participants for a meaningful discussion on tourism development, destination branding, and sustainable promotion. The event was organized by the Tourism Industry Program of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Sumedang as part of its international seminar initiatives.
