RFID Processing & Claiming Procedure

To ensure the smooth processing and release of your RFID ID, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Payment
Proceed to the Cashier's Office and pay the RFID fee of ₱299.00. Keep your official receipt, as it will be required when claiming your RFID.

Step 2: RFID Registration
Scan the QR code and accurately complete the RFID processing form. Ensure that all information provided is correct and complete to avoid delays in processing.

Step 3: Status Verification
Monitor the designated tracking link provided after registration to check the status of your RFID and confirm its availability for pickup.

Step 4: Claiming of RFID
Once your RFID is marked as ready for release, proceed to the Guidance Office to claim it. Present your official receipt for verification and release.

Important Reminders:
Ensure that all information submitted in the RFID Processing Form is accurate and up to date.
Keep your official receipt in a safe place, as it is required for claiming your RFID.
RFID will only be released to authorized claimants upon proper verification.
