“𝓑𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾. 𝓓𝓸 𝔂𝓸𝓾. 𝓒𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓮 𝔂𝓸𝓾.”

As part of the Pride Month celebration and preparation for the upcoming School Year 2026–2027, Pangarap High School (PHS) conducted a Gender and Development (GAD) Capacity Building for its faculty and staff on June 5, 2026.

The activity also served as the culminating event of Brigada Eskwela 2026. As part of the program, Sir Ricarte S. Ramirez, Master Teacher I of Kalayaan High School, shared valuable insights on promoting gender-fair and respectful relationships in the workplace.

During the open forum, faculty members and school administrators engaged in a healthy discussion, exchanging ideas and raising questions about gender sensitivity and inclusivity in the school setting.

The program also featured interactive activities and games that strengthened teamwork and encouraged gender awareness among participants.

PHS extends its gratitude to School Head Dr. Jocarlo P. Manly, GAD Coordinator Dr. Rowena L. Valenzuela, Dr. Charina E. Alimad, and the Araling Panlipunan Department for making the event meaningful, engaging, and successful.

Through activities like this, PHS continues to promote respect, equality, and inclusivity in the school community.

Rain or shine, the spirit of bayanihan remained strong at Pangarap High School as it successfully conducted its five-day Brigada Eskwela from June 1 to 5, 2026, in preparation for the opening of School Year 2026–2027.

In support of the Department of Education's call for community participation, parents, learners, teachers, and various stakeholders came together to help prepare the school for another exciting year of learning. Despite the weather and various circumstances, volunteers willingly shared their time, effort, and resources to make the school clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Parents, learners, local government units (LGUs), TUPAD and 4Ps beneficiaries, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the TAU GAMMA PHI Brotherhood joined forces in a remarkable display of bayanihan. Together, they participated in cleaning classrooms, repairing school facilities, clearing school grounds, and undertaking various improvement initiatives to ensure that the campus is safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning.

The week-long activity showcased not only hard work but also the resilience and unity of the Pangarap community. Through teamwork and cooperation, volunteers proved that challenges can be overcome when people work together for a common goal.

As the school prepares to welcome learners back to their classrooms, the success of Brigada Eskwela 2026 serves as a reminder that education is a shared responsibility. With hearts ready to serve and hands ready to help, the Pangarap community continues to build a better and brighter future for its learners.
