🎶🥦 The rhythm of good nutrition was alive last July 29!

We had an amazing time at the Jingle Contest 2025 hosted by Barkada Kontra Droga, in celebration of Nutrition Month at Luyang Elementary School Activity Center!

From catchy beats to creative lyrics, our students truly made healthy living sound exciting and fun! 🎤🍎💃

There’s something magical about watching art come to life—especially when it’s done for a cause that matters. 💚🎨

During our Poster Making Contest, creativity became a tool for advocacy. Students took brushes, pens, markers—anything they could find—and turned blank pages into bold statements about nutrition and wellness.

The results? Raw. Colorful. Personal. Some posters made us smile, others made us think. All of them spoke volumes.

Our Jingle Contest that was supposed to happen today (July 28, 2025) at 3–5 PM in Luyang Elementary Gymnasium has been moved to tomorrow, July 29, 2025 — same time, same place! 🎤🎶

Ever read a few words and just feel them hit? That’s exactly what happened during our Slogan Making Contest. 💭✨

The room was buzzing with ideas—some deep, some witty, all meaningful. It’s amazing how much power a short phrase can hold when it comes from a place of truth and purpose. From “healthy living” reminders to full-on battle cries for change, every slogan carried a voice, and from witty to wise, the slogans truly reminded us that words—when used with purpose—can inspire change.

To everyone who poured their thoughts into just a few impactful words—thank you. You proved that even the smallest messages can make a loud difference. 🎤💚�

🎶 NUTRITION JINGLE CONTEST 2025 🎶Are you ready to turn your voice into a force for health and nutrition? 🥗🎤This Nutrition Month, Carmen National High School challenges you to create a jingle that inspires and informs! 💚
✨ Theme:"Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!"
👥 Who Can Join?
• All bona fide Senior High School students (Day Class)
• One group per strand (5–15 members)
📅 Event Date and Venue: July 28, 2025 (Monday Afternoon), at Luyang Elementary School Gymnasium
🗓 Registration Period: July 23–25, 2025
📍 Register with the BKD Officers
🎵 Performance Requirements:
• Duration: 2–3 minutes (intro and outro included)
• Must be originally written and arranged by participants
• Language: English, Filipino, or Cebuano
• Musical accompaniments are allowed (minimal); props allowed (no sharp/hazardous items, fire, or pyrotechnics)
• Wear P.E. uniform shirt + black pants
• No indecent or offensive content
🎯 Judging Criteria:
• Creativity & Originality – 25%
• Relevance to the Theme – 25%
• Performance & Presentation (choreography and stage presence) – 25%
• Lyrics & Clarity – 25%
🚨 Note: 1-point deduction for each minute over 3 minutes!
