We are pleased to announce the enrollment schedule for all incoming pupils for the upcoming school year 2025-2026. Please see the schedule and list of requirements below and ensure that all documents are complete before your child’s enrollment date.

🗓️ ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE:
➡️ Incoming Grade 1 – August 4, 2025
➡️ Incoming Grade 2 & Grade 3 – August 5, 2025
➡️ Incoming Grade 4 & Grade 5 – August 6, 2025
➡️ Incoming Grade 6 – August 7, 2025
➡️ Transferees (All Levels) – August 8, 2025

🕗 Time: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
1:00PM - 5:00PM
(9:00 AM - 11:30AM only
on Monday)

📌REQUIREMENTS TO PREPARE:

Incoming grade 1 and transferee:

1. Duly accomplished Application Form (Available at UEPLES)
2. Learner’s Reference Number (LRN)
3. PSA Birth Certificate
4. Two pcs. 2x2 ID picture with name tag
5. Report Card (Form 138)
6. Medical Certificate
7. Parent’s Cellphone Number and/or FB Messenger Account (active)
8. Latest Service Record of the Parent (for dependent pupils only)
9. 1 Long Plastic Envelope
10. ECCD checklist (incoming grade 1)
11. Good moral (transferee)

Incoming Grade 2 to Grade 6
1. 2x2 ID Picture with name tag
2. Report Card
3. 1 Long Plastic Envelope
4. Duly Accomplished Enrollment Form (available at UEPLES)
