WHAT is RA 10627 all about?

Yello Ribbon:The Yellow Ribbon campaign is a global suicide‑prevention movement that uses the yellow ribbon as a symbol of hope, awareness, and support, encouraging people to speak up, reach out, and care for those who may be struggling emotionally. As part of the campaign and connected to the Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (ESP) topic on valuing life, Tisa students advocate strongly for a “No to Suicide” movement, promoting compassion, resilience, and responsible decision‑making. Their campaign aims to break the silence around mental health, educate peers about warning signs, and remind everyone that seeking help is a sign of strength. By spreading the message “You are not alone; your life matters,” the Tisa students uphold the core values of ESP—respect for life, empathy, and commitment to the well‑being of others. (first week)
