All students enrolled in TM 325C are hereby informed that the Departmental Examination will be conducted on May 21, 2026 (Thursday), from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the 10th Floor, CCA Building, UC Jones Campus.

Coverage:
• All Excise Tax Topics

Examinees are required to wear a plain white polo shirt and bring only the prescribed materials, specifically Mongol No. 2 pencils, erasers, and a standard calculator.

Please be reminded that scientific calculators, smartwatches, and all other electronic devices are strictly prohibited during the examination.

Students are advised to arrive early for proper seating arrangements, examination instructions, and distribution of materials. The department likewise emphasizes professionalism, discipline, and academic integrity throughout the examination period.

All examinees are expected to observe proper conduct, maintain silence during the examination, and strictly comply with all prescribed rules and guidelines.

Please be informed that the previously released Room Assignments and IRR for the TM 223C Departmental Examination shall still be followed and remain effective for the May 21, 2026 departmental examination.

Students are advised to refer to the same room assignments and examination guidelines. Kindly note that only the examination date has been changed.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗧𝗠 𝟮𝟮𝟯𝗖 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗠 𝟯𝟮𝟱𝗖 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Pursuant to the memorandum issued by the Office of the Dean of the College of Customs Administration, all students enrolled in TM 223C and TM 325C are hereby informed of the scheduled Departmental Examinations on May 21, 2026 (Thursday) at the 10th Floor, UC Main – Jones Building.

Examination Schedule:
• TM 223C — 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN
• TM 325C — 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Students are advised to report to their designated examination rooms at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of the examination and to strictly observe proper decorum and university policies during the conduct of the examinations.

All concerned students are encouraged to stay guided and prepare accordingly.
