The SCSC-SHS Supreme Secondary Learner Government proudly heralds a pivotal milestone in the journey of student leadership and representation. With deep pride and a steadfast sense of purpose, we formally announce the official proposal of the 10th Congress theme:

As the council steps into a new chapter, this theme signifies a renewed commitment. A commitment to lead with empathy, to collaborate with transparency, and to serve with unwavering dedication. "𝘐𝘯 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘖𝘮𝘯𝘪𝘶𝘮" stands as a resounding call for student-centered governance that boldly carries, protects, and uplifts the aspirations of every Carolinian. Let us move forward together, firmly rooted in Scientia, Virtus, and Devotio.

Thank you to those Carolinians who submitted their applications for the House of Committees. The council is currently reviewing each application, qualified applicants will be contacted once the screening process is complete.

The Senior Public-Service and Order Training, An organization that fosters Leadership, Patriotism, and Service towards the school, is now accepting incoming Grade 12 applicants for the school year 2026-2027, to join the Summer S.P.O.T Training Course (S.T.C).

To jumpstart your application process, kindly answer the google forms by scanning the QR code inside the publication material or through the link provided below. Please answer the form diligently and avoid leaving any of the questions unanswered. The deadline of the application form would be on June 7, 2026, 11:59 PM.

📚 Committee of Education and Research (EdRes)
- Promotes academic excellence through educational programs, student research, and learning initiatives.

💸 Committee of Financial Development (CFD)
- Manages fundraising activities and helps ensure the organization's financial sustainability.

📝 Committee of the General Secretariat (COGS)
- Handles documentation, records, correspondence, and organizational coordination.

📦 Committee of Logistics and Provisions (CLP)
- Oversees event materials, venue preparation, and logistical support for activities.

🤝 Committee on Social Responsibility, Student Welfare, and Development (CSRWD)
- Advocates for student welfare and leads projects that promote community engagement and personal development.

⚙️ Committee of Technical and Operational Functions (CTOF)
- Provides technical assistance and operational support to ensure the smooth ex*****on of programs and events.

🎨 Public Information and Creatives Committee (PICC)
- Creates publication materials, manages publicity efforts, and strengthens the organization's visual identity.

❤️ Volunteer Core Committee (VolCor)
- Mobilizes volunteers and supports initiatives through active service and community involvement.

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government proudly presents its 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁—a compilation of the council’s initiatives, accomplishments, financial transparency, milestones, and moments of service throughout the academic year.

More than just a collection of pages and documentation, this report reflects the dedication, passion, late nights, collaborative efforts, and memories shared in service of the Carolinian student body.

Today, we celebrate another year of 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉, 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔. As a student leader, we hope this new chapter of your life brings you more opportunities, meaningful moments, and success in all that you pursue both inside and outside the classroom.

May this year be filled with good health, happiness, genuine friendships, and achievements that make all your hard work worthwhile. No matter where life takes you, may you continue to learn, grow, and create memories that you will always look back on with pride.

We don’t walk away carrying just farewells, but hearts full of gratitude we never really learned how to fully express. 🤍

The 9th Congress was never just an organization. It became a small world we learned to survive, build, and believe in together. Through the overwhelming days, the rushed meetings, the quiet pressure, and the unexpected victories — we stayed. Not out of obligation, but out of something deeper: care for each other, and for what we were trying to create. 🤲

To our seniors: thank you for showing up with more than just effort — thank you for showing up with heart. For every sacrifice no one saw, every moment you chose service over comfort, every time you carried your part even when it was heavy… we saw it, even when we didn’t always say it. And we will carry it with us long after this ends.

And maybe one day, when everything is already far behind us, we’ll sit in silence and realize how rare this was. How a group of students, unsure of everything else, still managed to build something rooted in passion, purpose, and quiet love for service. ♾️

This may be the end of our term… but it will never be the end of what we became to each other. 🫂
