Today’s training focused on improving punching techniques, sharpening footwork, and having fun while learning karate! 👏

Sunday Karate Class 🥋🧁🎊
Today in karate class, we practiced more katas, and each student performed individually on the mats. Everyone had a chance to showcase their skills and hard work. 🥋

We also celebrated Seve's 9th Birthday 🧁! The celebration included delicious karate-themed cupcakes and pizza 🍕, making it a fun and memorable day for everyone..🎊

Enjoying the footwork drills and learning the point-scoring system in sports karate kumite. Every movement, timing, and distance matters. Always improving and having fun on the mats! 🥋🔥👏
