A Drug Dependency Examination (DDE) in the Philippines is a mandatory evaluation conducted by Department of Health (DOH)-accredited physicians to determine the extent of a person's drug abuse and whether they require rehabilitation. It includes physical/mental examinations, interviews, and lab tests, often required for legal, employment, or rehabilitation purposes.
