‎ Studies show that men are significantly more likely to die by su***de than women, yet most of them hesitate to get help due to stigmas, societal expectations, and the pressure to appear stable and strong. Because of these pressure, many men suffer in silence.

‎ And when the weight of their burdens become too much to carry alone, many of them feel hopeless and struggles to find a reason to move forward.

‎ The reason why we observe Men's Mental Health Awareness Month goes beyond addressing the stigma and expectations imposed by society. It is also about helping men realize that reaching out for support does not make them any less of a man, and that vulnerability is not a weakness.

‎ Ngayong araw, Hunyo 12, sama-sama tayong magdiriwaang ng 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻. This day honors the courage and sacrifice of our heroes who fought for the freedom we now savor.

‎ 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 is more than ceremonies and flags. It is a reminder of our shared history, our Filipino identity, and the duty we carry to protect the liberty they fought and triumphed for us. As a cetizen of this country, we celebrate with respect and pride for the nation that shaped who we are.

‎ Kalayaan means more than being free from colonizers. It lives in our freedom to learn, to speak, to dream, and to choose the kind of future we want to build.Every student, every teacher, every citizen has a role in nation-building. We keep the spirit of 1898 alive when we act with integrity, respect one another, and serve our community with purpose. True independence is shown in the small choices we make every day.

‎ As we raise the Philippine flag, let us also raise our commitment to unity, responsibility, and progress. May this day remind us that freedom is a gift we must protect and use wisely.
