Being a student leader is never easy. Behind every achievement are sleepless nights, pressure, sacrifices, responsibilities, and countless challenges. Balancing academics while serving fellow students requires patience, discipline, dedication, and a strong heart. Despite all the struggles, you continued to lead with passion and commitment while striving to succeed in your studies. Your hard work and perseverance truly inspire the entire HCC community.

Graduation is not the end of your journey—it is only the beginning of a new chapter filled with bigger dreams, greater responsibilities, and more opportunities ahead. This milestone is a stepping stone toward your future careers and aspirations. As you move forward, we are excited and proud to witness the day when each of you finally earns the title of Registered Criminologist. On May 15, 2026, the NSTP-CWTS students graduated, marking the end of their journey as trainees. They are now fully prepared to contribute to the general welfare and betterment of the community.

The event highlighted the dedication and commitment of the students, who are eager to serve the general public in the areas of health, education, and safety.

𝑷𝑴𝑨𝑱 𝑲𝑨𝑼𝑻𝑰𝑵 𝑲 𝑺𝑬𝑩𝑷𝑨𝑶 (𝑹𝑬𝑻), the Provincial Jail Warden of Maguindanao Del Norte, served as the guest speaker. He delivered an inspiring message to the new graduates, offering words of wisdom to encourage them to do their best in serving the community with integrity and patriotism.

The graduates expressed their deep gratitude to 𝟐𝑳𝑻 𝑻𝑨𝒀𝑨𝑵 𝑺 𝑫𝑨𝑻𝑼𝑴𝑨𝑵𝑮𝑶𝑫𝑨 𝑷𝑨 (𝑹𝑬𝑻), the NSTP Coordinator, and 𝑺𝒈𝒕 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝑺 𝑻𝒂𝒏, both of whom guided the trainees throughout their NSTP-CWTS journey. They also extended their appreciation to 𝑫𝒓. 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒅 𝑩. 𝑨𝒏𝒐𝒏𝒈, Dean of Criminology, for his unwavering support during their training, and to 𝑺𝒊𝒓 𝑱𝒐𝒆𝒍 𝑫. 𝑫𝒖𝒉𝒂𝒚𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒔𝒐𝒅, 𝑹𝑷𝑭, 𝑴𝑷𝑨, their NSTP Instructor, for helping them learn the essential fundamentals of community service.

Headstart College of Cotabato, Inc. is aware of another anonymous post circulating online, containing accusations against the school, its administration, faculty, staff, and officers. This will be the first and last time that this institution will comment on such unfounded claims and accusations.

Let us be clear: we strongly deny these malicious, unfair, and baseless allegations.

Like any other private school, Headstart College operates through lawful and necessary fees that support its academic programs, student activities, facilities, and compliances. These collections are not hidden from parents or students. In fact, they are consistently oriented regarding school fees, their purpose, and the activities they cover.

Headstart College will always be open to criticism. We understand that parents and students have the right to ask questions. We respect that. However, to date, no complainant has personally appeared before the school to raise these matters or seek clarification through the proper channels.

Kung may tunay na hinaing, lumapit po kayo. Makikinig at sasagot po kami. Ngunit, gawin sana natin ito sa paraang patas, maayos, at may respeto sa katotohanan.

For more than three decades, HCC has been part of the educational landscape of Cotabato City. The school has produced graduates who are now serving in different law enforcement agencies and public service institutions across the region.

Our graduates are living proof of the work we have done. Many of them are now police officers, jail officers, fire officers, criminologists, public servants, and professionals who carry with them the discipline, training, and values they have learned from this institution.

Ang pangalan ng paaralan ay hindi nabuo sa isang araw. Pinaghirapan ito ng maraming estudyante, g**o, magulang, at alumni sa loob ng maraming taon.

Thus, we will not allow unsubstantiated insinuations to tarnish the name, service and legacy that Headstart College has built.

In Photos | Bangsamoro Youth Leaders Orientation on the Bangsamoro Parliament

𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙣 𝘼. 𝙇𝙞𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖, 𝘿𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙨 𝙏. 𝙏𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙡, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙢𝙞𝙧 𝙈. 𝘼𝙙𝙯𝙖𝙡, proudly represented the Supreme Student Government during the 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙤 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙤 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 organized by the Office of the Secretary General.

Joined by youth representatives from different schools in Cotabato City, the event highlighted the rich history of Bangsamoro, including discussions on the Jabidah Massacre, the all-out war in Bangsamoro, and various perspectives about the region.

The orientation also provided valuable insights into the roles, functions, mandates, and powers of the Bangsamoro Parliament, while giving participants the opportunity to tour its different offices.

A meaningful experience that strengthened awareness, leadership, and understanding of governance in the Bangsamoro region.
