'Amun Jadid, or the First Day of Muharram, falls on June 16, 2026 and is classified as a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 (𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗠)

Pursuant to the Bangsamoro Holidays Act (BAA No. 39), holidays identified under Presidential Decree No. 1083 that are not specifically designated in the Act are observed as Special Working Holidays. Therefore, government offices, schools, and other workplaces in the region shall operate as usual on June 16, 2026.

Please be informed that you are advised to claim your documents from the school tomorrow, May 14, 2026 at 10 o'clock in the morning, as the submission to the City Hall will be done personally by the applicants.

Kindly secure your documents on time and follow the required process accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
