The Training Induction Program (TIP) was successfully conducted by Sir Marnie from PTC Carmen, providing trainees with an overview of the training program, expectations, and guidelines.
The training proper was facilitated by Sweet Erica OpeΓ±a, who introduced the fundamentals of Bread and Pastry Production NC II and prepared the trainees for their learning journey.
