𝐂𝐓𝐔-𝐃𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 || 𝐌𝐀𝐘 29, 2026

Earlier today, the 𝐂𝐓𝐔-𝐃𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 successfully conducted its 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the upcoming school year. The assembly began with the introduction of the current officers who have faithfully served the organization throughout the academic year. Various reports were also presented, including the organization’s accomplishments, financial report, First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training report, supply and equipment reports, as well as the proposed evacuation plans and other initiatives for the next school year.

The General Assembly served as a platform to review the organization’s achievements, assess its progress, and discuss future programs that will further 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. It was also an opportunity for members to actively participate in shaping the direction of the organization for the coming academic year.

A significant part of the event was the 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 who will carry the responsibility of leading the organization forward. We commend all nominated candidates for their willingness to serve. 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬. As 𝐂𝐓𝐔-𝐃𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 team conducted a meeting, they suddenly heard a crushing sound in front of 𝗖𝗧𝗨 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀. 𝐂𝐓𝐔-𝐃𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 did not hesitate to rush and help the injured motorist in the said incident.

We would like to express our gratitude to RESCUE 211 DANAO CITY and Traffic Management Office-Danao City for the immediate response.

𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 (𝘽𝙇𝙎) refers to the immediate care given to a person experiencing life-threatening emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, or difficulty in breathing. It includes essential skills like CPR and proper response techniques to help sustain life until professional medical help arrives.

This training is especially important for 𝘼𝙇𝙀𝙍𝙏𝙊 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 as part of the school’s DRR team because it equips us with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond quickly during emergencies within the school and community. As student responders, we play a vital role in promoting safety, preparedness, and immediate action when every second counts.

We can apply this training anytime and anywhere—during school activities, disasters, accidents, or sudden health emergencies. Whether inside the campus or beyond, these life-saving skills prepare us to act responsibly and potentially save lives.

𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 (𝑩𝑳𝑺) is a set of life-saving skills used during emergencies such as cardiac arrest, choking, and breathing difficulties. It focuses on providing immediate care to preserve life and prevent the situation from getting worse until medical professionals arrive. This training is intended 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively during emergencies within the school and community.
