The First Reading of the Revised Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) was conducted through a closed meeting with the Executive Officers following the Turnover Ceremony. Initial discussions regarding the proposed revisions were presented and reviewed.

June 15, 2026 (Monday) | 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM

The Second Reading of the Revised CBL was conducted through a closed meeting with the Executive Officers and a consultant. Recommendations, clarifications, and additional revisions were further discussed to strengthen and refine the document.

Voting was conducted with a quorum of 𝟱/𝟳 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝟱𝟬% + 𝟭 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝘁) to determine whether the Revised CBL would advance to the Third Reading with the participation of all year-level representatives.

Following the completion of the Second Reading, the Revised CBL has now advanced to its Third Reading and is currently nearing official ratification by the Executive Officers.

𝘈𝘯𝘨 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘢𝘯 𝘢𝘺 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢—𝘪𝘴𝘢 𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘵𝘢𝘯.

Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, maglaan tayo ng panahon upang magbigay-pugay sa 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐚𝐧. Isang makasaysayang pagdiriwang na nagpapaalala sa katapangan at sakripisyong ginawa ng ating mga bayani upang makamit ang kasarinlan ng Pilipinas at maipamana sa atin ang kalayaang tinatamasa natin ngayon.

Mahigit isang siglo na ang lumipas mula nang ipahayag ang ating kalayaan, ngunit nananatiling mahalaga ang diwa nito sa bawat henerasyon. Higit pa sa isang selebrasyon lamang, ito ay isang makabuluhang paalala na ang kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon ay bunga ng mga sakripisyong ginawa ng ating mga bayani at isang pananagutang dapat nating ingatan.

Sa pagdiriwang na ito, nawa'y magsilbing inspirasyon sa atin ang kanilang kabayanihan upang patuloy nating pahalagahan ang ating kalayaan, gampanan ang ating mga tungkulin bilang mga mamamayan, at makibahagi sa pag-unlad ng ating bayan.
