The 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, otherwise known as the 𝐔𝐒𝐆 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐, declares transparency and accountability not as mere principles, but as binding obligations of the University Student Government to the student body. It mandates the disclosure of government actions to uphold public trust and sustain a participatory and collaborative system of student governance.

In faithful compliance with this mandate, the High Court of the University Student Government hereby releases its 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 for Academic Year 2025–2026. As the term draws to a close, this report serves as a comprehensive record of the Judiciary Department's work, documenting its judicial proceedings, administrative actions, constitutional responsibilities, and institutional accomplishments throughout the academic year.

Beyond fulfilling a statutory requirement, this report reflects the High Court's enduring commitment to justice, due process, integrity, and accountability. It stands as a testament to the Court's efforts to uphold the Constitution, safeguard democratic principles, and ensure that the rule of law remains a cornerstone of student governance.

As the Judiciary Department concludes its service for Academic Year 2025–2026, it expresses its sincere gratitude to the Lasallian student body for its trust and confidence. This Memorandum is issued by the USG - Judiciary High Court to provide clarification in relation to the proper conclusion of terms such as:

Non-curricular student activities by student organizations that necessitate submission and approval in the Student Activity Portal, and the attendance of an accompanying faculty, shall only be allowed until 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The term of the outgoing 7th Congress shall end on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐈𝐀𝐒) 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐲 until deemed reasonable by the Constitutional Commission. Requirements in compliance with IAS 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the signatory shall specify that they are already a former officer.

The High Court remains committed to ensuring that all constitutional mandates are carried out on time in the interest of proper administrative management within the University.

The Honorable Chief Justice of the High Court, Directors, Deputy Director, and Trainees formally participated through their attendance during the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 (𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐆𝐀) for the Academic Year 2025 - 2026 of the Seventh Congress last 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at Tanghalang Julian Felipe.

In the course of same event, the Chief Justice administered the oath for four (4) officers to be vested with their respective positions including the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 and 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 for the 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.

The Judiciary Department stands in solidarity with its fellow branches in the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐔𝐒𝐆) in promoting efficient public service and the continued pursuit of Justice for the Lasallian Community.

The High Court adheres to the fundamental rule of transparency though the issuance of the 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. ⚖️

This exhibits the High Court’s commitment through the remainder of its term. Emphasizing proactive engagement of the office as all members demonstrates dedication to exemplary leadership and consistent participation.

The High Court of the University Student Government formally opens the 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞, a website dedicated to providing students with access to concerns, information, and updates regarding the Judiciary of the USG.

Pursuant to the 𝟑𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and in accordance with the mandate of the Judicial Secretariat Committee to facilitate and manage navigation within the official USG Gazette (SharePoint), the High Court Gazette is established as a complementary platform to improve accessibility and organization of Judiciary-related content while remaining fully aligned with the official USG Gazette system.

Through this initiative, the Judiciary aims to support clearer navigation of its issuances and strengthen transparency and accessibility for the student body, alongside the official USG Gazette.
