𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ✨

On June 9-10, 2026, the DLSU-D IMPACT Career Fest 2026, guided by the theme “Industry Mechanism for Professional Accessibility Through Career Transition,” stood as a powerful testament to what meaningful collaboration can achieve. The initiative shows the University’s commitment to creating clear pathways that connect education and employment.

Spearheaded by the Advancement and Alumni Relations Office (AARO), and co-presented by the CICS Student Government (CICSSG) through ProSpace and the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology Student Government (CEATSG), in partnership with the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and the Department of Labor and Employment through its Cavite Provincial Office (DOLE CPO), the event united industry leaders, government agencies, graduating students, alumni, faculty, and volunteers in a shared mission, empowering the future workforce.

Graduating students and alumni gained direct access to a wide network of industry partners, opening doors to employment and long-term career opportunities. Each booth represented not merely a company, but a potential future, a pathway waiting to be explored.

Complementing this was a strong government presence, ensuring that participants were supported beyond employment matching. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LandBank, and other agencies made essential services readily available, highlighting the importance of being ready, compliant, and actively participating in the workforce.

A key highlight of the event was the strong, enriching learning component. Through sessions on Labor Market Information and Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS), participants gained valuable insights into industry demands, workers’ rights, employment trends, and career navigation, giving them the confidence and clarity to move forward in an evolving labor landscape.

The success of DLSU-D IMPACT Career Fest 2026 was made possible through the strong collaboration and support of our institutional partners. We extend our sincere appreciation to:

Chief Administrative Officer, Office of the Vice President for Global Engagement and External Relations (OVPGEER), Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services (OVPAS), Office of the Vice President for Finance (OVPF), Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), College Deans and Internship Coordinators, College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM), Student Wellness Center (SWC), Buildings and Facilities Management Office (BFMO), Ancillary and Asset Management Office (AAMO), and the Linkages and Scholarship Office (LSO).

Their support and coordination were crucial to delivering a well-organized and meaningful experience for the entire Lasallian community.

We also express our deep gratitude to our student leaders, volunteers, and partner organizations, whose dedication and service infused the event with energy and life.

Anchored in the Lasallian values of faith, service, and communion, the Career Fest reaffirmed DLSU-D’s commitment to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

As we move forward, we remain steadfast in our mission:
To ignite meaningful pathways, advance careers, and transform lives.

Animo La Salle!
