69th Act of Congress
An Act Establishing the Intracampus Mobility Act of 2026, Providing for a Free Bicycle Access Program, Providing Funds Therefor, and for Other Purposes
The University Student Government enacts the 69th Act of Congress, known and cited as the “Intracampus Mobility Act of 2026.”
This Act institutionalizes sustainable, accessible, and student-centered transportation initiatives within the University, particularly through the establishment of a Free Bicycle Access Program. By promoting environmentally responsible mobility and improving accessibility across campus, the Act seeks to enhance the overall student experience through structured and efficient transportation solutions.
Through this measure, the USG reaffirms its commitment to advancing the general welfare of the student body and upholding students’ right to accessible and adequate facilities.

68th Act of Congress
An Act Appropriating Special Funds for the University Student Government Expanded Financial Aid Grant for the Second Semester of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026
The University Student Government has enacted the 68th Act of Congress, referred to as the “Special Appropriations Act for the USG Expanded Financial Aid Grant for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2025 - 2026.”
This Act provides financial assistance to an additional twenty-eight (28) qualified students under the 26th Act of Congress, granting each beneficiary Php 15,000.00 for the second semester.
Through this measure, the USG reaffirms its commitment to equitable access to financial support and its responsibility to ensure that no qualified student is deprived of assistance due to budgetary constraints.

67th Act of Congress
An Act Appropriating Funds for the Operations of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas University Student Government for the Second Semester of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026
The University Student Government enacts the 67th Act of Congress, known as the “Amended General Appropriations Act for the Second Fiscal Semester of A.Y. 2025 - 2026.”
Following the passage of the 62nd Act of Congress, several matters concerning the interpretation and implementation of its provisions were raised and subsequently addressed by the Office of the Solicitor General.
Hence, clarifications, amendments, and resolutions were made in compliance with the Constitution and related Legislative Bases.
This Act reinforces the principles of accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of public funds, while upholding the trust and civic participation of the student body in the affairs of the University Student Government.

66th Act of Congress
An Act to Repeal the 48th Act of Congress, Otherwise Known as the Tree-Planting Act of 2024 of the University Student Government of De La Salle University - Dasmariñas, and for Other Purposes
The University Student Government (USG) enacts the “USG Tree-Planting Repeal Act of 2026” to officially repeal the 48th Act of Congress, the “Tree-Planting Act of 2024.”
While the Tree Planting Act was enacted with the noble intention of promoting environmental sustainability and student participation in ecological initiatives, the absence of sustained implementation, effective enforcement mechanisms, and sufficient oversight structures hindered its intended impact and resulted in ineffective ex*****on.
Consequently, the continued existence of the Act no longer serves its intended purpose, thereby necessitating its repeal.

An Act Establishing the Congressional Committee for Institutional Policy Review and Reform, Strengthening Collaboration with the Department of Student Policy and Reforms, Promoting Participatory Governance, and Enhancing the Representation of Student Interests in Policy Formation and Institutional Reforms at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas
The University Student Government (USG) enacts “The Institutional Policy Review and Reform Act of 2026.”
This institutionalizes the collaboration between the Executive and Legislative branches to ensure efficient policy-making that promotes student welfare.
Through this Act, the USG further strengthens its commitment to represent student interests through a process grounded in transparency, accountability, and participatory governance.

64th Act of Congress
An Act Institutionalizing the Career Advancement and Professional Readiness Initiatives of the University Student Government of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas and Appropriating Funds Therefor
The University Student Government (USG) enacts the “DLSU-D Student Career Readiness and Advancement Act.”
Following the successful implementation of the Career Fest, the importance of connecting academic learning with real-world career opportunities has been clearly demonstrated. The enactment of this Act then institutionalizes such efforts within the University Student Government by establishing a dedicated, USG-led planning framework to ensure the sustained implementation of student-centered career development initiatives.
Through this Act, the USG strengthens its commitment to student-centered governance.

63rd Act of Congress
An Act Creating a System to Democratize Lasallian School Design Uniform
The University Student Government (USG) hereby enacts the “Democratize Lasallian School Uniform Designs (DLSUD) Act.”
This Act establishes the necessary framework for assessing student opinion on matters concerning the implementation of the dress code and uniform policy through the use of democratic and participatory mechanisms.
Through this, the lobbying and advocacy efforts of the USG, in coordination with the relevant University offices, shall be guided by and emanate from the will of the majority of the student population.

Joint Resolution No.03
A Resolution Compensating the Officers of Internal Audit Service of the University Student Government for the Financial Aid Grant
The Congress has passed Joint Resolution No.03, thereby including members of the Internal Audit Service (IAS), as an established Commission by the 2019 USG Constitution, in the implementation of the 19th Act of Congress.
They shall now be formally acknowledged and granted the eligibility for the financial compensation under the same standards and conditions applied to the other branches of the University Student Government, subject to the guidelines and qualifications to be created by the Implementing Rules and Regulations Committee (IRRC).
The passage of this legislation is sought in hopes that it can further increase student involvement and active participation in the University Student Government.

Last June 9, 2026, USG President Erin Jozel M. Madlangbayan presented a comprehensive report during the Second State of the University Student Government Address (SUSGA).
President Madlangbayan emphasized that, amidst uncertainty, unyielding integrity and dedication are what define a student government. She highlighted that what drove the milestones achieved during this academic year is a leadership that listens, acts, and genuinely serves.
