Remarks:
• Consultation Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Instructors' consultation schedules shall depend on their teaching load schedules on June 23 and 24, 2026.
• Students may visit and consult their subject teacher during the teacher's scheduled teaching hours, provided that the teacher is available in the designated consultation room.
• The Class President, Class Secretary, or an authorized Class Representative must report to the consultation room at 7:00 AM for morning classes and 12:00 PM for afternoon classes to assist the teacher in facilitating the consultation process.
• Students may individually or collectively visit their subject teacher during the consultation period. The Class President, Class Secretary, or Class Representative may also coordinate with the teacher on behalf of the class.
• Strictly, a student must provide written, verbal consent or fb group chat poll vote before the Class President, Class Secretary, Class Representative, or any classmate is permitted to obtain, view, discuss, or receive information regarding the student's academic records, grades, or academic standing.
• Teachers shall provide the students with their Prelim and Midterm grades, as well as records of attendance, recitations, quizzes, projects, periodic examination (prelim and midterm) and other academic requirements from the Prelim to Final period.
•Teachers with teaching loads exclusively assigned to higher-year students may accommodate higher-year students on June 23, 2026 also.
• Teachers with first-year teaching loads will accommodate first-year students on June 24, 2026 also.
• Teachers are required to provide grade consultations to students. Any concerns regarding non-compliance may be reported to the Human Resource Department or the respective Program Coordinator.
• Teachers are strictly prohibited from requiring special projects, food, money, gifts, or any activity unrelated to the subject as a condition for grade consultation or completion.
• Students are encouraged to approach their respective instructors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Instructors must explain the basis of the student's final grade upon request.
• Students with concerns that remain unresolved after consultation may elevate the matter to their Program Coordinator, Department Head, Office of the Student Affairs or the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
• No grade consultation shall be conducted through unauthorized individuals. Only the concerned student shall be allowed to discuss academic records, except when accompanied by a parent or guardian for valid reasons.
• The consultation period is intended solely for clarification of grades and academic performance. It shall not be used for the submission of late requirements unless expressly permitted by the instructor and academic department policies.
• Students are advised to check their grades carefully and immediately report any discrepancies during the consultation period.
• After the consultation period, grades shall be considered final and subject to existing institutional policies on grade correction.
• Any form of harassment, intimidation, solicitation, or inappropriate conduct by either students or faculty members shall be reported immediately to the proper office.
