The Circle of Junior Hospitality Professionals (CJHP) Executive Committee formally releases Resolution No. 2, Series of 2025–2026, declaring a Failure of Election for the incoming Executive Committee of the Academic Year 2026–2027.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 & 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
• Application Period: Opened from May 8, 2026 (7:00 AM) to May 10, 2026 (11:59 PM) via MS Forms.
• The Situation: Out of the seven (7) available Executive Committee positions, only one (1) student submitted an application.
• The Result: Due to an insufficient number of qualified applicants, it is functionally impossible to conduct a proper, competitive, and democratic election process for the upcoming academic year.

The School of Business, Management, and Accountancy proudly congratulates our Dean, Ms. Laila D. Malabanan, on the remarkable achievement of two Scopus-indexed publications, a milestone that reflects her unwavering commitment to advancing knowledge, innovation, and academic excellence.

Her first publication, “𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮: 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆,” explores the transformative role of artificial intelligence in tourism forecasting, highlighting how advanced analytical models can address complex, real-world challenges in aviation and tourism systems.
