This manual serves as a valuable roadmap to ensure that both teachers and student-researchers are guided accordingly through every stage of the research process, promoting quality, consistency, and academic excellence.

This milestone would not have been possible without the collaborative efforts of dedicated individuals. For the past 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 has been more than just an adviser to 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 – 𝐏𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛. Four years may seem like a simple number, but within those years are hundreds of stories written, competitions conquered, projects accomplished, and students inspired. Through every meeting, training session, workshop, publication, competition, and event, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. The 𝕰𝖓𝖌𝖑𝖎𝖘𝖍 𝕯𝖊𝖕𝖆𝖗𝖙𝖒𝖊𝖓𝖙 of 𝕴𝖒𝖒𝖆𝖈𝖚𝖑𝖆𝖙𝖊 𝕮𝖔𝖓𝖈𝖊𝖕𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝕬𝖈𝖆𝖉𝖊𝖒𝖞, 𝕴𝖓𝖈. held its regular departmental meeting today, 𝙅𝙪𝙣𝙚 4, 2026, 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮. The gathering began with a prayer led by 𝙈𝙧. 𝘼𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙮 𝙉. 𝘼𝙡𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖, bringing focus and unity to the team. The session was facilitated by 𝙈𝙧. 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙉. 𝙂𝙚𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙚, Department Head, as he guided the English Faculty through the agenda for the term.

The department tackled several important updates to improve teaching and learning. They reviewed the division of lessons and discussed the tentative calendar per term. Updates on the submission of Mid-year Assignments were shared, along with revisions to Research Guidelines and Formats. The faculty also coordinated on PETA making, Send Off Campus preparations, and proposed activities and events for the coming months.

The meeting also celebrated the department’s accomplishments, including preparations for the Second Issue of the ICAzette. With clear plans and renewed collaboration, the English Faculty left the session aligned on goals and ready to deliver meaningful experiences for students. The department looks forward to another term of growth, creativity, and excellence.
