𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬🫱🏻🫲🏽
At first, we were strangers chasing dreams, chasing grades,
Different paths, different stories, yet walking similar roads we made.
With hopes to rise, with goals to pursue,
To finish the course we once only knew.👨🏫👩🏫
But time turned moments into bonds so tight,
From standing alone to groups that felt right.
From simple classmates to something more,
A family we found at education’s door.
We grew through struggles, through pressure and fears,
Through sleepless nights and uncertain tears.
Yet hand in hand, we chose to stay,
Lifting each other along the way.
Now we’ve completed our very first run,
As first year educ students—our journey’s begun.
This is not the end, but a brighter start,
With stronger minds and braver hearts.🫀
To those who struggled and almost fell apart,
Keep holding on, stay strong at heart.
Your hard days matter, your efforts too,
The finish line is waiting for you.
And to those who made it, yet still feel unsure,
Take the next step—be bold, endure.
Enrollment may scare, the future unclear,
But growth begins when you conquer your fear.
To our teachers who guided us all the way,
Who shaped our minds day by day,
We thank you deeply, we honor your names,
For lighting our paths and fueling our aims.
Special thanks to our advisers, we proudly say,
Ms. Mae Briones and Mr.Richard Gamatero you led the way.
Your patience and wisdom helped us stand tall,
You believed in us—and that meant it all.♾️
Here’s to the journey, to dreams we pursue,
To the people we’ve become, and the ones we’ll grow into.
We started as strangers—but look at us now,
Stronger than ever, and still learning how.✍🏻

“𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝⚜️”
Our first year was not perfect because it include misunderstandings, pressure and situations when others judged us based on incomplete information about our actions. The incorrect impressions people held about us created a situation that made us feel more burdened than we should have experienced. The experience which should have destroyed us actually helped us develop our capacities.
We maintained our bond through difficult times which demonstrated our ability to perform better than others believed we could achieve. Every activity we faced, we gave our best. We faced every challenge with courageous determination. The experience allowed us to develop as students and as a unified team which will become future educators and as people with greater personal development.❤️🩹✨
Our first year showed us that people need time to recognize our value which we find acceptable. The important thing is that we maintained our faith in ourselves and our belief in each other. We remained firm despite the surrounding confusion and uncertainty while our actions produced a stronger impact than any words we could say.
Our current assessment of past events brings us forward in time to present moments which contain both our personal accomplishments and the school experience. This is only our first chapter—but if this is how we began, then we know something greater is waiting ahead.🫡🫀

𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊: 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐃 ✔️
Not perfect, a little broken, but still here.
To our professors, thank you for pushing us even when it felt too much (even when we wanted to give up 😅).
To everyone fighting silent battles but still showing up every day—you’re stronger than you think. That effort matters, even if no one sees it. 🫀💫
We’ve come a long way, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet. 𝘽𝙮𝙖𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙜 2𝙣𝙙 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧—still moving forward, tired but trying. 🚇
Not perfect, but we showed up. And for now, that’s enough. 🤍

𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙙𝙧𝙪𝙜-𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚𝙨—and it cannot rely on seminars alone. ⚖️
We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us today. Your presence shows that communities still care and are willing to take action where it matters most. We also thank our speakers Rey Medina & Jerry Mae M. Villarante from BSEDENGLISH, Bobier from BSBAOM, coordinators, and facilitators for sharing their time and knowledge.
However, while community efforts like this are important, they also highlight a bigger issue: lasting change cannot happen without consistent and responsible leadership. Programs on drug awareness should not depend solely on students and local initiatives—they should be supported by strong, honest governance and long-term solutions.
At the same time, voters play a crucial role. The leaders we choose shape the kind of future we will have. If we continue to elect officials who fail to prioritize education, rehabilitation, and community development, then problems like drug abuse will persist—no matter how many seminars we conduct. 🗳️
A drug-free future is possible—but it requires more than awareness. It demands accountability from those in power and wiser choices from the people.
Thank you once again to everyone who stood with us. Let this not be the end, but the beginning of a more aware, more responsible, and more active community. 🌱🫀

To our English Majors on the Dean’s List, you didn’t just study literature — you embodied it. You showed that passion, perseverance, and a love for words can turn simple pages into powerful achievements. This achievement is more than a title; it’s a reflection of your discipline, your passion, and your courage to keep going even when the chapters got tough.
