🤔𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗮 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?

Ang 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ay isang legal at konstitusyonal na proseso kung saan maaaring mapanagot at mapatalsik sa pwesto ang matataas na opisyal ng pamahalaan dahil sa mabibigat na paglabag sa batas at tiwala ng bayan.

📖 Ayon sa 1987 Philippine Constitution, Article XI (Accountability of Public Officers), Section 2, maaaring ma-impeach ang mga sumusunod:
• Pangulo
• Pangalawang Pangulo
• Mga Mahistrado ng Korte Suprema
• Mga Miyembro ng Constitutional Commissions
• Ombudsman

Maaari silang maharap sa impeachment dahil sa mga sumusunod:
✔️ Culpable Violation of the Constitution
✔️ Treason
✔️ Bribery
✔️ Graft and Corruption
✔️ Other High Crimes
✔️ Betrayal of Public Trust

⚖️ Proseso ng Impeachment:
1️⃣ Paghahain ng reklamo sa House of Representatives
2️⃣ Pagdinig at pag-apruba ng House of Representatives
3️⃣ Kapag naaprubahan ng hindi bababa sa 1/3 ng Kamara, iaakyat ito sa Senado
4️⃣ Ang Senado ang magsisilbing impeachment court upang litisin ang opisyal
5️⃣ Kinakailangan ang boto ng 2/3 ng Senado upang mahatulan at mapatalsik sa pwesto ang opisyal.

The collection of the 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐞𝐞 for students enrolled in General Education courses has been extended from March 23–28, 2026, at the School Cashier (Window #1)

Students who are currently taking General Education subjects are required to settle the ₱20 membership fee within the given schedule.

On 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬, 𝟭𝟴𝟵𝟴, inside the gilded halls of the 𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙝 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝘼𝙛𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙨 on the 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙞 𝙙'𝙊𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙮, the map of the world was redrawn. Representatives from the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 and the 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 gathered to sign a document that would formally end the 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙝-𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙒𝙖𝙧. For Spain, the moment marked the final, agonizing breath of a global empire that had stood for four centuries. For the United States, it was the debut of a new imperial identity.

While the treaty addressed the status of Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Guam, the centerpiece of the agreement - and its most contentious element - was the 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙤. In a single stroke of the pen, sovereignty over 𝙨𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 and 𝙨𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 was transferred from 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗱 to 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗼𝗻. This cession, secured for a payment of $𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻, was not merely a diplomatic transaction; it was a pivot point in history that ignited a war of independence in the Philippines and a fierce debate over the soul of the American republic.
