✅ Ensure that the student's Year-End Clearance for SY 2025–2026 has been completed.
✅ Submit the complete set of requirements and accomplish all required documents
✅ Students who are not officially enrolled will be marked with unexcused absences until all enrollment requirements have been complied with and the enrollment process is completed.

Sil Vennxae O. Necesito, an alumnus of the Philippine Science High School – Davao Region Campus (Batch 2026) and Rank 1 with Highest Honors of the batch, has been admitted to the University of Pennsylvania under the Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management.

The University of Pennsylvania is a historic higher education institution in the United States and is part of the Ivy League, a consortium of long-established universities known for highly selective admission and strong academic standards. Situated in Philadelphia, it is grouped with other prominent institutions such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell, and Columbia. With a long history dating back to the early development of American higher education, UPenn has maintained a reputation as one of the country’s oldest and most respected universities, with global recognition in various fields of study.

Sil’s journey from PSHS–DRC Batch 2026 to an Ivy League university speaks of discipline shaped by years of rigorous training in science, mathematics, and research. It is a path built not on chance, but on consistent effort and perseverance.

In addition, he has been granted the Penn Grant Neidith Scholarship for Academic Year 2026–2027, providing academic support through grants and work-study opportunities in line with the university’s commitment to accessible education.

Mula sa Pisay hanggang Ivy League, ang kanyang kwento ay paalala na ang pangarap ay hindi lang iniisip, ito ay hinuhubog, pinaghihirapan, at isinasabuhay hanggang sa marating ang mga lugar na dati’y tila malayo.
