On May 18, 2026, the SPUD ROTC Unit reached its ultimate milestone as the cadets stood tall for their official Graduation Ceremony, marking the completion of a journey defined by sweat, sacrifice, and unyielding brotherhood.

The corps was privileged to welcome Dr. Armando Mandex B. Andicoy Jr.—Division DRRM Coordinator for DepEd Tanjay City and a steadfast Reservist—as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Her powerful words reminded the graduates that a true leader is someone who leads with a servant's heart.

Every crisp salute rendered during the ceremony was a tribute to the long hours under the sun and the mental fortitude required to never quit. You entered the corps as individuals, but you’ve finished as an unbreakable unit, ready to answer the call of civic duty and national defense. The training ground was your forge, the lessons you’ve learned is your armor, and the future is yours to protect.

Under the scorching heat of the sun, the SPUD ROTC Unit faced the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026, standing before a distinguished panel of inspectors led by the RAATI Team Chairperson, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐕 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀.

Guided by the steady resolve of the Corps Commander, 𝐂/𝐂𝐨𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐡 𝐓 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 (𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂) 𝟏𝐂𝐋, the unit demonstrated a high level of proficiency and military bearing, and garnered an impressive overall rating of 𝟗𝟒.𝟓𝟎% — 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆

This victory is was not won alone—it was the heartbeat of the institution and organization that made this possible:

The 𝐒𝐏𝐔𝐃 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚, who provided the stirring, soul-shaking cadence to the tactical maneuvers.
