As in from 0 (zero) knowledge to beginners to intermediate. You will really learn because you will be taught hands-on and you will learn during training the proper techniques and safety in using knives and also in operating equipment. I really enjoyed this training so I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED it to aspiring butchers like me.
