✨ Maria Angela Custodio — "Gel" Batch 2018! ✨

A true example of excellence, leadership, and perseverance 💚🏐📚

During her years at SFS, Gel balanced academics, athletics, and service with passion and dedication. She graduated with High Honors 🎓, proudly represented the school as a member of the Team Gentri Volleyball Team 2017 🏐, and actively served in the Student Government through meaningful projects and programs that made a positive impact on the school community 🤝✨

More than her achievements, as she entered college taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she graduated as Magna Cum Laude and Athlete of the Year, and passed the PNLE with an outstanding Top 10 finish 🩺✨. Gel truly embodies the values of respect, discipline, humility, resilience, and growth 🌱 — principles that continue to guide her journey today.

Now, as she pursues her dream of becoming a doctor 🩺 while continuing to coach and inspire young athletes 💪🏽🏐, Gel remains committed to leading with passion, perseverance, and purpose.

SFS would also like to express its heartfelt gratitude to Gel for generously giving her time, talent, and dedication as the school’s volleyball team coach 🏐❤️. Thank you very much, Gel, for inspiring and mentoring our student-athletes, for sharing your passion for the sport, and for helping shape not only better players but also disciplined and confident individuals ✨ Your commitment and love for the team continue to leave a lasting impact on the SFS community.

🕯️🕊️ With heavy hearts, we reach out to the SFS family, especially our dear alumni who were fortunate to be guided by one of the most dedicated and passionate teachers who shaped your early years at SFS,

We share with deep sorrow the passing of Ms. Erlinda Misenas, who faithfully served the school for three decades.

You may pay your last respects until Thursday, April 30, 2026, prior to the scheduled inurnment (cremation and interment) of her remains on Friday, May 1, 2026.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated tomorrow, Wednesday, at 7:00 PM, officiated by Rev. Fr. Marcy Convento, an SFS alumnus.

📍 Her remains lie at Porta Vaga Funeral Homes, Dra. Salamanca Rd., Cavite City.

We will also be posting the GCash number here for those who wish to extend financial assistance to her grieving family, who stood by her until her final moments.
