The Music Club proudly participated in the Drug Awareness Program, a significant initiative aimed at strengthening our school community’s understanding of the dangers of drug abuse. Led by the Barkada Kontra Droga Organization, the session provided valuable insights, encouraged responsible decision-making, and promoted a safer, healthier environment for all students. This event marks another step toward fostering awareness, unity, and empowerment among Lucionians.🩵

You don’t have to be “strong” all the time. You don’t have to have it all figured out. What you do deserve is space to breathe, people who listen, and the reminder that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling.

Check in with yourself. Check in with your friends. Be kind not just to others, but to yourself. Asking for help is not weakness; it’s courage.

Let’s normalize the conversations. Let’s make mental health a priority, not a last resort.
