Kayo ang unang g**o ng pagmamahal, kabutihan, at pangarap. Sa inyong bawat yakap, payo, at sakripisyo, hinuhubog ninyo ang mas malakas at mas mabuting mga kabataan. ❤️

Ngayong panahon ng matinding sikat ng araw, mahalagang alam natin ang pagkakaiba ng Heat Illness at Heat Stroke. Narito ang isang mabilis na gabay upang malaman kung ang nararamdaman ay ordinaryong pagkapagod lang sa init o isang delikadong heat stroke na.

Maging handa at mapagmasid sa ating mga kasama sa bahay o trabaho. Ang tamang kaalaman ay nakakaligtas ng buhay!
