The 𝗥𝗔𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 was officially awarded to this year’s 𝑹𝑨𝑨𝑻𝑰 2026 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗼, and was received by University Chancellor 𝑫𝒓. 𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒓𝒉𝒂 𝑩. Demonstrating exceptional competence, discipline, and military proficiency, 𝗠𝗦𝗨-𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗼 garnered an outstanding average grade of 𝟵𝟳.𝟮𝟵% and secured numerous distinctions, including 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝑨𝒊𝒅/𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕, 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑹𝒂𝒊𝒅/𝑨𝒎𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒉, 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅 𝑻𝒆𝒔𝒕, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 (𝑴16 𝑹𝒊𝒇𝒍𝒆), earning the title of 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗔𝗔𝗧𝗜 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. Meanwhile, 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 emerged as the 1st Runner-Up with an average grade of 𝟵𝟱.𝟮𝟱%, receiving awards for 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑾𝒆𝒂𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 (𝑴16 𝑹𝒊𝒇𝒍𝒆), with the awards received by the NSTP Director of CMU, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗛𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 secured the 2nd Runner-Up position with an average grade of 𝟵𝟱.𝟬𝟱% and was recognized as 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒑 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑵𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, with the award received by 𝗦𝗦𝗴 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗦 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗼 (𝗖𝗘) 𝗣𝗔, Personnel NCO of the 1004th CDC. Completing the roster of top-performing institutions, the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 was declared the 3rd Runner-Up, achieving an average grade of 𝟵𝟯.𝟴𝟮%.

The awarding ceremony highlighted the remarkable achievements, dedication, and excellence of participating institutions and cadets, reflecting the enduring commitment of the ROTC program to developing highly capable, disciplined, and service-oriented future leaders of the nation.

Mindanao State University–Sultan Naga Dimaporo proudly celebrates another remarkable milestone as its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit emerged as the Overall Champion in the 2026 ROTC Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI), garnering an outstanding rating of 97.29% and securing the Top 1 ranking among participating Higher Education Institutions under the 10th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army.

This achievement marks a historic three-peat championship for the MSU-SND ROTC Unit, reaffirming its position as one of the region’s premier ROTC programs. The victory reflects the unwavering commitment of the university to excellence, discipline, leadership, and nation-building, as embodied by its dedicated cadets, officers, trainers, and university administrators.

Surpassing other participating institutions, including Central Mindanao University (95.25%) and Camiguin Polytechnic State College (95.05%), MSU-SND demonstrated exceptional performance across all areas of evaluation. The unit excelled in administrative management, military drills and ceremonies, tactical proficiency, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and overall cadet preparedness—earning the highest commendation from inspectors and evaluators.

The university likewise extends its heartfelt appreciation to the leadership and guidance of Dr. Indihra B. Dimaporo-Tawantawan, Campus Head, whose steadfast support continues to strengthen the university's programs and student development initiatives. This accomplishment is also a testament to the dedication of the ROTC training staff, cadet officers, and every cadet who exemplified discipline, resilience, teamwork, and excellence throughout the inspection process.

More than a championship title, this victory symbolizes the collective determination of the MSU-SND community to uphold the highest standards of service, integrity, and patriotism. Achieving a three-peat championship is no small feat—it is the result of years of hard work, consistent excellence, and a shared commitment to producing future leaders who are ready to serve both community and country.
