As a young cadet, training a body and sharpening a mind is an honor. An honor where one wholeheartledly dedicates his struggles to be of help to his vicinity, where he learns camaraderie and gains a newfound strength, empowering him to better himself, empowering him to unlock his potential, empowering him to
advance.

Being the calm after the storm brought by their training, the 20 young cadets and cadettes of the Benguet State University - Secondary Laboratory School Citizenship Advancement Training - Cadet Officer Leadership Training (BSU-SLS CAT-COLT) Batch Lakansibat of S.Y. 2023-2024 take their advancement a step further, as they held their Completion and Recognition Ceremony last August 28, 2024.

Invited as the guest speaker for the program, Patrolman Rhem Austeen L. Danio - an alumnus of BSU-SLS and a former CAT officer - shared valuable words and stories of wisdom during their time.

With the event taking place on a rainy afternoon, still, it was made possible with the constant assistance and support of the CAT Privates and the BSU-SLS faculty.

The CAT (π‘ͺπ’Šπ’•π’Šπ’›π’†π’π’”π’‰π’Šπ’‘ π‘¨π’…π’—π’‚π’π’„π’†π’Žπ’†π’π’• π‘»π’“π’‚π’Šπ’π’Šπ’π’ˆ) officers along with some SLS students and faculty set out on a dedicated mission; with precision and commitment, together they cleaned the campuses ground, entrances, buildings, roofs, pathways, canals, and garden. Transforming the once messy, grassy, and dull areas into a clean and pristine zone. This initiative functioned as a disciplinary measure for students who exhibited tardiness and absence during flag raising ceremonies.
